We have a simple 30 day return policy.
We hope you are happy with your brand new Beyond Bra! If not, no worries because returning is easy. You may return your bra to us within 30 days after delivery. Please make sure the bra is in the same condition as you received it, unworn and with the tag still intact.
You will need to cover your own shipping costs. Please shoot an email to email@example.com and let us know you’d like to make a return. Mention your name and order number inside the return parcel and then, send your order to:
As soon as your return has been received and processed, we will refund the money to the account with which it was paid. This can take up to 14 business days.
Shipping is free for orders over 100€.
We ship from Rotterdam and have an order processing time of 1-2 working days. We aim to send out your package as quickly as possible! We ship to:
The Netherlands: a shipping fee of €4,10. Shipping is free for orders above €100. Delivery time: 2-5 working days.
Europe: a shipping fee of €9,30. Shipping is free for orders above €150. Delivery time: 4-7 working days.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that import duties may apply depending on your country, these additional costs are for the buyer. We do not ship to countries outside the EU just yet.
Packaging is simple & plastic free.
We use a very simple cardboard envelope. The envelope fits through your letterbox so no need to stay at home.
