Ordering your Feelou® bra is simple and quick. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. In most cases, your Feelou® is packed and shipped the same day by our fulfillment partner. You can expect your package to arrive within 1-2 business days.
The package fits through your mailbox, so there’s no need to stay home to receive it.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are €4,95 for orders in the Netherlands and Belgium, €6,95 for orders from Germany. These costs will be calculated at the check-out.
Shipping is free for orders over €99, regardless of the destination.
How can I track my shipment?
As soon as your package is handed over to our logistics partner, you’ll receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily track the status of your order.
Exchanges & Returns
Can I exchange my bra if the size isn’t right?
Absolutely! Submit your exchange request here, and we'll take care of the rest!
Once we’ve received your package in good condition, we’ll send your new bra your way. For exchanges, we cover the shipping costs—both for your return and for sending out the new bra.
Please note: For hygienic reasons, maternity panties cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Policy
We believe your bra should fit perfectly! That’s why we offer a generous return policy: you can return your bra within 90 days (= one trimester).
Want to return your bra? No problem. Simply register your return via our form. Once we’ve received your bra in good condition, we’ll refund the full order amount.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
About the Feelou® bra
What size should I choose?
The Feelou® bra adjusts to changes in your band size (up to 10 cm) and cup size (2-3 cups). Select the band size you wore before pregnancy. For example, if you wore a 75C, choose size 75.
If you had a larger cup size (E/F), we recommend sizing up in band size. For instance, if you were 75E, select 80. Unfortunately, the bra isn’t yet suitable for cup sizes larger than F—but we’re actively working on a new model to accommodate larger sizes.

How should I wash my Feelou® bra?
For long-lasting wear, wash the bra in a laundry bag at 30°C with similar colors. Avoid fabric softeners and tumble drying to maintain elasticity.
Can the Feelou® bra be used as a nursing bra?
Absolutely! The Feelou® doubles as a nursing bra. Simply slide the cups to the side for easy feeding. The flexible cups also accommodate breast pads and wireless pumps, making it one of the best bras for breastfeeding.
What is the Feelou® bra made of?
The bra is crafted from Modal (95%) and elastane (5%). Modal, a natural material from TENCEL™, is breathable, moisture-absorbing, and stays soft even after frequent washing.
Where is the Feelou® bra made?
Our maternity lingerie is sustainably produced in Portugal.
