2. Offer and Agreement
By purchasing a maternity bra from FEELOU online, you enter into an agreement with FEELOU. These Terms apply to all online orders and purchases.
We ensure that these Terms are easily accessible at the time of ordering and at any time afterward. You can always read, review, or download the latest version of the Terms on our website.
To prevent incorrect deliveries, we kindly ask you to provide accurate information and contact details. Your data will be securely stored and processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
An agreement based on an offer containing an obvious error, such as an unusually low price, is not binding for FEELOU. If in doubt about the validity of an offer, please contact us.
3. Price and Payment
The price listed in the webshop is the total price, including VAT. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be stated separately.
You can pay for your order using the payment methods available in the FEELOU webshop.
If the delivery address is outside the European Union, additional taxes may apply. Import duties and taxes are your sole responsibility as the customer and may need to be paid upon delivery. These additional costs are not covered by FEELOU.
4. Delivery
FEELOU aims to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you receive incomplete or damaged products, please inform us within 48 hours, and we’ll handle it promptly.
Orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. For shipping costs, please refer to the FAQ on our website.
If an incorrect address is provided, the cost of the lost order is your responsibility.
5. Quality, Legal Warranty & Complaints
FEELOU strives to display products as accurately as possible on our website. If the product you receive differs from expectations, you may return it within 90 days, including a 14-day statutory cooling-off period.
Our products are subject to normal wear and tear. Their lifespan depends on materials, usage, and care. Follow the washing instructions to maintain quality. If there’s an issue with your maternity bra, please contact us.
If unresolved, you may escalate complaints to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR): http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
6. Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days after receiving the maternity bra to withdraw from your agreement with FEELOU without providing a reason.
Notify us of your decision via email or the model form in Annex 1. Partial withdrawal is also possible.
The withdrawal right does not apply to sealed goods that are no longer suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Return the product within 90 days in its original packaging with tags attached. FEELOU may reduce the refund amount for products showing signs of wear or damage.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s).
7. Return Policy
We offer a 90-day return policy. Use our return form to notify us of your return. Partial returns are also possible.
Products must be returned in their original mailbox-friendly packaging with tags attached. For products showing signs of wear or damage, FEELOU may reduce the refund amount.
Return costs within the Netherlands are covered by FEELOU if the product is exchanged.
8. Intellectual Property
FEELOU owns all intellectual property rights related to the brand, design, website, and promotional materials such as videos and photography.
9. Changes
Changes to these Terms will be published on the website. Please review the Terms carefully before placing your order. These Terms were last updated on July 15, 2024.
10. Governing Law
Dutch law applies to these Terms and the agreement between you and FEELOU. In case of a dispute, the Amsterdam Court has jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
