Terms and Conditions

We are FEELOU B.V., also known as "FEELOU".

Team Feelou does its best to make your shopping experience as easy as possible, which is why we have a few terms ("Terms") that apply to your order.

Please note: these Terms apply to consumers.

1. Who is FEELOU?

FEELOU is a private limited company incorporated in the Netherlands. You can order our maternity bra in our webshop. FEELOU's full contact details are as follows:

2. Offer and agreement

1. When you buy a maternity bra from FEELOU online via the webshop, you enter into an agreement with FEELOU. These Terms apply to all your online orders and purchases.
   
   

2. We make sure these Terms are easily accessible at the moment you order and at any time afterwards. You can read, re-read or download the applicable and most recent version of the Terms on our website.
   
   

3. To prevent an incorrect delivery after your order, we ask you to provide us with the correct information and contact details. We store your information securely and process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
   
   

4. An agreement arising from an offer that contains an obvious mistake and/or error, such as an unusually low price, is not binding on FEELOU. Please contact FEELOU if you have any doubts about the validity of an offer.
   
   

3. Price and payment

1. The price in the webshop is the total price including VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are stated separately.
   
   

2. You can pay for your order using the payment methods available in the FEELOU webshop.
   
   

3. If the delivery address is outside the European Union, additional taxes may apply. The country in question may charge additional levies, such as import tax. FEELOU has no influence or control over such levies and is therefore unable to provide you with further information. Any import duties and taxes are solely your responsibility as a customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery. These additional costs are at your own expense. Before placing such an order, you should check for yourself whether the ordered maternity bras can be exported to and imported into the country in question, and what the costs are.
   
   

4. Delivery

1. FEELOU strives to process your order and have it delivered as easily and quickly as possible. We take care to present the products accurately to our shipping partner. Should you unexpectedly receive incomplete or damaged products, please let us know as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours after receiving the products, and team FEELOU will take care of the rest.
   
   

2. Orders are shipped to the delivery address you provide. For shipping costs to your country, please refer to the FAQ on our website.
   
   

3. In the event that an incorrect address is provided, the costs for the lost order are at your own expense.
   
   

5. Quality, statutory warranty & complaints

1. FEELOU strives to display products as completely and accurately as possible on its website. The nature of the products offered may lead to differences (such as colour differences) between how products appear on the website and the product delivered to you. Does the product look different than expected? We offer you a return period of 90 days, including the 14-day cooling-off period.
   
   

2. The products we offer are of course subject to wear and tear. A product's lifespan depends in part on the product's material, the intensity of use and the level of care. FEELOU's products are made from the highest quality materials, as stated in the webshop. FEELOU stands for quality under normal use. For optimal lifespan and quality, however, it is important to follow the washing instructions. Should you nevertheless think there is something wrong with your maternity bra, please let us know (by e-mail or by post).
   
   

3. If you have discussed your complaint with us but wish to submit it to another body, you can contact the Disputes Committee via the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform): http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
   
   

6. Right of withdrawal

1. Under the law, you have a period of 14 days after receiving the maternity bra to withdraw from your agreement with FEELOU, without giving any reason.
   
   

2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by sending us an unambiguous statement. You can simply send us an e-mail, or fill in the model form in Annex 1 and e-mail it to us. It is also possible to withdraw from the agreement in part. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
   
   

3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
   
   

4. After terminating the agreement, you must return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 90 days after receiving all products in your order.
   
   

5. You may try out the maternity bra to the extent necessary to make a purchase, as you would in an actual shop. Please make sure the tags are still attached and that the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged or washed, where the labels have been removed, or that show other signs of use or wear, FEELOU will have to deduct this reduction in value from the total amount refunded to you. Only FEELOU is entitled to determine the reduction in value.
   
   

6. FEELOU will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s). We refund you by bank transfer.
   
   

7. Returns policy

1. We want you to shop with us worry-free, which is why we have a 90-day returns policy. You can use our return form to announce your return. It is also possible to return the order in part.
   
   

2. Return the product in its original packaging as soon as possible, but no later than 90 days after receiving the maternity bras in your order.
   
   

3. You may try out our maternity bra to the extent necessary to make a purchase, as you would in an actual shop. Please make sure the tags are still attached and that the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged or washed, where the labels have been removed, or that show other signs of wear, FEELOU will have to deduct this reduction in value from the total amount refunded to you. Only FEELOU is entitled to determine the reduction in value.
   
   

4. The returns policy does not apply to goods that are also excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have not been resealed after delivery.
   
   

5. FEELOU will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s). We refund you by bank transfer.
   
   

6. FEELOU only covers return costs within the Netherlands if the product is exchanged.
   
   

8. Intellectual property

1. FEELOU owns all intellectual property rights relating to the brand, the design and the website, including all promotional materials such as videos and photography.

9. Changes

1. Changes to these Terms are published on the website. Please read these Terms carefully when you order from us. These Terms were last amended on 25 June 2026.

10. Applicable law

1. Dutch law applies to these Terms and to the agreement between you and FEELOU. In the event of a conflict, the Amsterdam District Court will decide on the matter, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the laws of the country where you reside.

In the event of any discrepancy between this English translation and the Dutch version of these Terms, the Dutch version shall prevail.
