Make sure to check which side is the inside and which is the outside.
2. Choose your fit and fasten the hooks
Use the letters on the elastic band to find the most comfortable fit for you. First, secure the white hook on the inside, then the gold hook on the outside.
3. Scoop & Swoop
Make sure your breast sits snugly in the cup, and ensure the underband fits securely against your body.
4. Adjust for the perfect fit
Take your time to tweak the shoulder straps using the sliders on the front - easy to do while wearing the bra.

Looking for extra support? Wear the bra in a racerback style by crossing the straps at the back.

Chances are your bra is a bit too roomy, or it just needs a little adjusting.
Try tweaking the shoulder straps at the front, and make sure your breasts are properly positioned in the cups (scoop & swoop!).
Still not comfy? Then a smaller size (or possibly the Big Cup model) might be a better fit.

We recommend starting with the bra size you loved wearing before your pregnancy.
Your breasts start changing from the moment you're pregnant, and so does your bra size.
Maybe you bought a new bra during pregnancy that fit well at the time. But that size isn’t always a reliable guide. Many of those bras have a fixed underband or wired cups (or are super stretchy), which means they’ll fit differently as your body changes.
That’s why we like to go back to your pre-pregnancy size.

You can easily adjust them while wearing the bra, creating extra room to nurse or use a wireless pump, no snaps or clips needed.
It mostly depends on your cup size.
→ If you wore cup size D or smaller before pregnancy, our regular Feelou® model will likely be your best fit.
→ If your pre-pregnancy cup size was E, F or G, the Big Cup is made just for you.
