Welcome to FEELOU's privacy policy. In everything we do, we respect the privacy of our customers and visitors, and we're committed to protecting personal data.

FEELOU B.V. is the controller responsible for processing personal data and is located at Saffierstraat 13, 3051 XT Rotterdam, The Netherlands. You can always find the most up-to-date version of the privacy policy on the website.

Personal data

There are two ways we collect data: data that comes directly from you, and indirect data. The data you provide to us is:

• Name and address details

• Bank account number

• E-mail address

• Other personal data you actively provide

The indirect data concerns cookies and data about your activity on our website.

Use

We use this information to make your order go as quickly and smoothly as possible and to keep you informed about your order. More specifically, we process personal data for the following purposes:

• To make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible and to personalise our website to your interests;

• To deliver your order to your home and track your parcel's journey;

• To send e-mails about your order (order confirmation, shipping status updates, surveys, product care instructions);

• To analyse your visit to our website and so improve your personal shopping experience;

• To give you a good experience when you contact us;

• We may use your phone number and/or e-mail address to understand which orders and previous correspondence there have been;

• To analyse traffic in our webshops and brand stores and to prevent misuse and/or fraud. Your IP address may be stored and processed during these activities.

Retention period

Feelou does not keep your personal data longer than necessary, or longer than there is a legal basis to process it. If you would like to:

• access the information we keep about you;

• have us correct any incorrect data we hold about you;

• let us know you feel our site does not comply with our privacy policy;

• stop receiving e-mails from Feelou in the future,

just let us know! You can easily get in touch with us.

Data security

We have put the necessary security measures in place to prevent the loss, unlawful use or alteration of information we receive on our site. Our staff know how to handle personal data and keep it confidential. Should a data breach unexpectedly occur, we will take the necessary steps, such as reporting it to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

FEELOU works with various third parties to make your shopping experience and the ordering process as smooth as possible. We therefore share the necessary data with these third parties. This includes your payment via the payment service provider, sending track-and-trace details by e-mail, and sharing the latest news about our range. You may recognise these third parties when you shop with us:

• Our fulfilment partners: BeePack and Picquer;

• Shopify to securely store your account, and Shopify Payments to securely process payments;

• Klaviyo to send you e-mails.

Cookies

Feelou uses cookies on the website. Cookies are small, anonymous pieces of information collected when you visit a website. They help us give you a great shopping experience.

We use cookies to:

• record your preferences;

• record session information, such as what you add to your shopping basket;

• record information specific to you, such as the websites you visited before arriving with us;

• let you know, on a future visit to our site, about new things that might interest you;

• make sure you don't repeatedly receive the same ads;

• adapt the content and presentation of the site based on your browser type or other information sent by the browser.
